I had a total freak out moment when a part of my Hayward pool filter broke off overnight. I called Wardway and they had the exact part I needed. They were super helpful on the phone and had the parts I needed at the counter when I arrived. I had everything up and running by 11am. THANK YOU WARDWAY. YOU SAVED MY DAY.
Kevin and the crew are top notch. I've been a customer for years and Wardway makes every effort required to be the expert customer service folks that you want and need for pool, fuel and outdoor accessories. Top notch in my book!
The man that serviced my grill was very nice, but the woman who works in their office is rude and sarcastic and doesn't know anything about customer service. They've lost a customer today.
