After being in a near death experience, going down the interstate my tire blew out and I lost control, then flipped, rolled, and landed upside down on my head but I am thankful to be alive. I was coming home from work I had a job where I was putting up a wooden fence. Somehow my earth auger ,that I strapped into the back seat of a Ford Explorer, disappeared. Then I notice the seat belt I used to strap it down has been cut.
Wards Wrecker service is a stand up company and they always do a 5 Star Job!!
So last night I got my vehicle stuck - called another towing company that said oh I can get you out but it’s gonna rip the bumper off. I told him he was free to go. Fast forward to this morning- he picked up at my hotel, got there- frees my vehicle and I’m off - all of that in 30 minutes or less. I’m forever thankful!
First they charged me 972 dollars to tow my wrecked truck. Then they told me don’t worry about trying to lock it up because they have electric fence and surveillance cameras. So I get my truck back and my radio is gone and dash was tore up. They told me they we’re checking the cameras and they would call me back. Still haven’t heard anything from them and it’s been three weeks. Thanks a lot guys.
Shout out to Ward’s Wrecker Services👍🏻 Our daughter’s tire blew out last night at 11:30pm on I-55 N Called Ward’s they sent Dustin there in 30 mins took great care of car! Thanks Ward’s-well done!
This company is hands down the best. Very courteous and professional and made me feel like a valued customer. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. I did not wait long at all and the staff was super professional and made me feel like I chose the right company!
My son was in a wreck and I assume the Wards were called to tow the vehicle. His father contacted them by phone immediately ( they were very rude over the phone) and visited the office within a few hours of the accident to pick up the vehicle. Staff was very rude, quoted one price and then charged another. Terrible experience.
