Family run, dry cleaning and alteration service services. The staff is super friendly and knows what they’re doing. If you live in the neighborhood, you should bring your stuff here for sure.
I’ve been coming to Fanta for the past 4 years and they’ve been kind, helpful and dependable. They always provide great communication and will try to work with your urgency. Highly recommend! Jospeh and his mom are wonderful owners!
Good customer service
I dropped off two jackets, and two sweaters. One of the jackets, a very valuable one, had two buttons broken. One was already glued back together badly. The other was just cut in half. I don't know if they didn't notice, or did, and didn't think I would notice, but they tried to pass this off as good work. There was no mention of the damage until I pointed it out. They promised to clean my items with a 4 day time window. I specifically asked them if it was ok. I needed my clothes for a crucial work trip. You guessed it…. I go to pick up and not ready. I had to take my uncleaned items back!! They never once apologised. Go somewhere else.
