Good customer service
I dropped off two jackets, and two sweaters. One of the jackets, a very valuable one, had two buttons broken. One was already glued back together badly. The other was just cut in half. I don't know if they didn't notice, or did, and didn't think I would notice, but they tried to pass this off as good work. There was no mention of the damage until I pointed it out. They promised to clean my items with a 4 day time window. I specifically asked them if it was ok. I needed my clothes for a crucial work trip. You guessed it…. I go to pick up and not ready. I had to take my uncleaned items back!! They never once apologised. Go somewhere else.
This place is terrible. They don't use starch and do not mention it so when you pick up your clothes, it looks as if you pulled it from your closet after you've washed and ironed it yourself. I waited 4 days for three shirts and paid 18.00 for shirts that looked and smelled like clothes laundered with plain water and ironed on a hotel chair. Despicable place that shouldn't be in business!
