The building and room was nice but I did have a few things that made having a good nights rest pretty average. Cabinetry light was flickering after turned off, it was like having a camera flash go off every 5 minutes. After calling the after hours number I had to have main power switch off which ment no bedside lights or bathroom lights would work until that was turned back on. The room was beautiful, chic and modern in such a stunning heritage building and area. The only issue was that my wife and I had upset stomachs following a lunch at Emily Taylor which meant our tips to the prison and Rottnest had to be cancelled.

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. The staff are very pleasant and always had a smile on their faces. The location is within close proximity to restaurants, cafes and dining choices and walking distance to allow one to explore surrounds. I particularly loved and enjoyed dining at the new and recently opened Anglesea restaurant on the ground floor, and experience at the nearby Gimlet (amazing cocktails!). I will definitely return! Thank you!
