Really bad attitude from the front desk! My mum brought my son to this walk-in clinic. Since my mum doesn’t speak fluent English, I chose this clinic because it offers Chinese service and is close to her home. However, the front desk staff didn’t even give my mum a chance to speak and was extremely rude. She shouted, “We don’t accept kids!” But there was a woman with a toddler sitting in the waiting area — how ridiculous! We always had good experience. Very welcoming, and gives enough time to listen. Very good service. I used to take my mom here and now we moved the files of our entire family to this clinic. Doctors are amazing.
