Alicia and Mike were so fantastic! Not only were they fantastic people to work with, but they had true expertise in the Austin market. As a seller I found them exceptionally helpful in pricing, market strategy, selecting updates, and managing contractors. Our house was only listed for a week and had multiple offers above asking. They handled everything so smoothly for us which was incredibly valuable as we relocated out of state. Wish we could work with them again!
Selling my home this year was my third time working with Ward & Ward and we’ve had a lovely working relationship since 2018!! They’ve helped me with apartment renting (2018), being a first time homeowner (2020), and now selling a home (2026) and I can confidently say they know it all!
