Very professional, prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced.
Skip was on time for estimate but needed to order parts. He was on time for second visit and did a great job. He is pleasant, reliable and professional. I will definitely call him again. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Needed several small projects done around my townhouse. Skip came out and gave an estimate for the work to be preformed and a future date at our mutual convenience was set to complete the actual work. Work was completed professionally, timely and well within estimate. Would not hesitate to contract with Ward Plumbing again for future needs.

The problem I had was significantly less than I thought it was. Skip quickly identified the problem, corrected it, and gave me a couple of tips on how to take care of it myself in the future. On top of it all, though he had already purchased parts he thought he would need based on my description he only charged me a routine service fee. He was on time but the bathroom toilet was still leaking after he left. He did return the nest day and fix the leak
