Skip Ward came to my house to reroute my heating system so that I could remove the old heater in the bathroom. He arrived on time and was very professional and curteous. He knew exactly how to accomplish what needed to be done. Within no time my heat was back up and running. I would highly reccomend Ward Plumbing to anyone who needs the job done right.
They came when they said and worked diligently to fix my shut off valves. In fact i have another job that i will be calling them for assistance on.

Came out within 2 hours of submitting the request and got my boiler back up and running quickly - friendly and great to deal with.
Prompt response to request, on time for scheduled service, said he would return on Monday to finish up and even though our streets were not plowed (and he knew it), he returned at the time he said he would and completed the job. Courteous as well. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.
OMG! Skip was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. They did a top notch job, even overcoming unforseen problem from original builders. Wonderful company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Job should have been done right the first visit. It wasn't. As a result I was charged a service call plus labor for the 2nd visit. This experience proved to be very pricey for a new faucet.

I apologize that you were not satisfied with the work performed, the price charged was very reasonable and the second visit was a result of a preexisting problem that was not related to the faucet. The problem was overlooked at my first visit, but was resolved at a discounted price at my second visit.
