over the past 20 some years Dr ward has preformed miracles on me and wife. at 58 my wife had a knee problem that was extremely painfull. she went to Kaiser who gave her a cortisone shot and said if this doesn't fix it you will need to put up with it the rest of your life. when the cortisone wore off the knee was bad. I went to Dr Ward and she looked at the X rays an said yes I can fix this with minor surgery. the knee was perfect the rest of her life. since then she has done my rotator cuffs, my knee and a hip replacement. a... read more

Dr Ward's office has multiple doctors and is a busy office. Making an appointment involves leaving a voicemail for callback, which I have always received, although sometimes it comes the next day. There is frequently a wait on your appointment day, but once seen Dr Ward takes her time with you and explains everything and answers any and all questions. She has done a foot surgery for me with excellent outcome and will be performing my total hip replacement in a few months. Total trust in her-

It is such a shame that I really was not able to have the opportunity to meet miss It is such a shame that I really was not able to have the opportunity to Meet Dr. Ward. I have been having some hip and my lower back issues. I was immediately informed that Miss Ward did not in fact work on backs And was not available to give second opinions. I don’t even know my condition that well why can I not just ask the doctor about it? Even with the willingness to pay.

Dr. Ward is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients! She takes the time to sit with you and listen to you and all of your concerns!

Don't bother calling. After 3 days of calling, I was never able to speak with anyone in their appointment department. The operator offered many excuses and apologies, but no one ever called. They are, apparently, too busy to help. If this is what it is like trying to get an appointment, you can only imagine what their in office service must be like.

Both my husband and myself have been seeing Dr Ward for various knee issues for years. We have great confidence in her and trust her observations. She is very well know for her expertise as an orthopedic surgeon and if her bedside manner is as good as her office manner she is a definite WINNER!! Also, if you see her PA Andrew, you will continue to be in good hands.

I saw Dr. Ward at Garey Orthopedic in Pomona. She is very much over-rated, not the great doctor some people think. I had been in the exam room a short time waiting for her (that wasn't a problem), and then she enters the room, doesn't look at me or greet me, just goes straight ahead to a computer and sits down at it without a word. That's already insanely rude, but it got worse. She didn't listen to me, didn't ask me any pertinent and wouldn't answer me when I asked questions. Do not go see her.

Im hoping that with this new insurance I will be able to go back to Dr.Ward She is excellent and explains to were anyone can understand. Her staff is great too.

Dr. Ward! I had two shoulder surgeries (right and left shoulder) with her when I was 16 & 17 years old. I remember her being so incredible! The staff was always super friendly and always reminding me to ease off the skateboarding. (Sorry Dr. Ward, but ask Dr. Chong what I've done recently.) She is such a great individual and incredibly caring surgeon. Highly recommended!
