Recently, we had to say goodbye to our wonderful beagle of 16 years. Being away on vacation in Florida, we called Dr. Thompson for advice. She called us back and guided us through this difficult ordeal. We have been going to Ward for years through 3 cats and now 2 dogs. We are very pleased. Dr. Thompson is down to earth and caring while remaining practical. No drama, and I appreciate that. We get appointments whenever we need them; service is very prompt. It is easy in, easy out and our animals are well cared for.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail.
