Super friendly and helpful staff! I had an easy time making an appointment with a doctor who helped me update my prescription. It’s great to have this location in the neighborhood so I can pick out some new glasses during my lunch break
Needed a frames adjustment and new nose pads. Jesse was really polite and professional, I walked in and was out in less than 10 minutes.
The doctor was good, and the sales person was nice, however, once the order was placed, issues began. First I was told the order would be expedited to be 5 to 7 days. I called towards the end of the week and asked when the seventh day would be considering there was the Labor Day holiday. They told me the order would arrive on Tuesday after Labor Day.
