I had a deeply disturbing experience with one of the agents, Sandeep Gupta. After leasing a property through him in Rouse Hill, I encountered misleading conditions and felt unsafe due to his behaviour. I eventually had to vacate the property urgently for my own safety and peace of mind. I have raised my concerns with the appropriate authorities. I strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution and verify all terms and the background of agents before entering into any property agreements.
Outstanding Service and Communication. We are renting a house in Marsden Park through Watarah. During our 8 years in Australia, we have tried a few different real estate agents, but we have never experienced such a high level of service and communication. From inspection to "move in", they have all been so supportive and present, and particularly Neetu has been very helpfull. Everything has been so professional and organised - We will highly recommend Waratah Estate Agents to anyone.
