I haven’t seen a dentist in years (I know I know absolutely horrible) but I’ve never been happy with my dentists or dental hygienists. Finding a dentist is never an easy decision, but I’m so happy I found Mid Hudson Dental. Staff is warm and welcoming, taken at my actual appointment time, spoken to warmly and given clear explanation of everything being done. Extremely helpful The dr and staff are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist went above and beyond to get me the help I needed by getting me an emergency appointment at another great clinic. They even stayed late for me on a Friday. Highly recommend!

Awesome staff I had never been before and had a serious problem. They were able to see me and get me an emergency apt with another great office. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me and because of that I got the help I needed that day and was out of pain by the next. Truly grateful

Poor Customer Service I was a new patient today for a cleaning and the receptionist was very rude and impatient with me filling out the papers - as this was the first time I had to do it myself. The hygienist was very nice. My friend brought me to my appointment and needed to use the restroom and the receptionist would not allow him to as she said that he was not a customer/patient. This friend was going to be a new patient but the way that we were both treated we will not be returning.

I believe I can ID you because we did have a patient who behavior for a young adult was very immature, loud and I requested her & male friend that was by her side at all times; your male friend was told not to go into the operatory; you needed x-rays and his presence would be a distraction. If you are incapable of filling out standard paper work a parent or guardian should have been present. Before making statements, remember there are consequences to all actions.
