I was terrified when we joined in December to workout in front of people. The staff and members at the WAC have been wonderful. All the support they show is amazing. I love the 8 week challenges and all the new friends that I have met. Joining was one of the best decisions we made.

I won't lie, I was scared going in!! But the first night there (the last challenge) so many people helped & encouraged me!! I'm so glad I listened and did this!!! It has been the best thing I have done for myself! It has been a lot of hard work, but so much fun and the most rewarding feeling for me!! You Do Better You Will Be Better!!
Rebeca truly cares for every individual. She sincerely wants people to succeed, to better themselves, to feel good, get healthier, and have a blast!!! I absolutely loooove this place. We drive 20 minutes just to come here!
THE place to be, everyone from the owner to the trainers to the members are so helpful and friendly! Best decision you will ever make - do something for yourself, you deserve it!
I was VERY hesitant to start this challenge & sometimes wasn't feeling like going to class but every time after I was so glad I went. Last 12 weeks have been an amazing experience, meeting so many wonderful people & Rebecca is absolutely wonderful at motivating you & inspires you to try harder than you think is even possible.
