I made a post that I was trying hot yoga yesterday. Someone asked me if it was hard and here was my response: _______ not hard, challenging. It’s an emotional, spiritual, and grounding experience. I’ve done yoga before, but not with as much mindfulness that I was able to achieve these last two days. This place is more then just a gym. It’s a complete wellness center. You can get anything from heavy lifting to mindful meditation. Rebecca is one of a kind person and her team is inviting and inclusive. This gym is for everyone.

I feel so welcome when I go to gym.. everyone is so nice to you and really friendly. I love going there make me want to stay longer each time. I never feel Insecure when my working out like I usually do at other gyms. I feel at home ❤️I really recommend going there and getting healthy.
