This gym is awesome! People are friendly, equipment is great, and it’s a nice little home away from home!

Love this place! On my vacation day... between appointments what did I do..... stopped in and took advantage of the Brand New Infrared Sauna!!! Wow.... just Wow! I have felt amazing all day.....sooo relaxing with the music playing and the heat.... reminded me of laying out in the sun as a teenager with not a care in the world! I will definitely be taking advantage of this!
