Holly Wanzer and Kelly Smith, the paralegal, represented me in a custody case in 2018-2019. The case was resolved and closed, and I have no complaints. My ex recently re-opened the case and because Holly Wanzer was still technically my lawyer, she was served papers. However, I only found out about the case because the opposing counsel emailed a continuance that was filed a month later.
