Jhordan was awesome through out our whole project! They completed our new deck, screened in with a roof. Great work!!!
I would rate him 10 out of 10. His responsiveness was great, the explanation of what would happen and how the process would happen was great! He continued to work directly with my insurance company, because Allstate denied me twice, and he mentioned they would be hard to get by, but he kept talking, taken pictures, filming the roof to provide proof of the damange. I haven't had any problems thus far from the replacement of my roof or the job performed. The only thing that I didn't like is the nails left behind, but I'm sure ... read more
