The office was extremely filthy, the toys were disgusting and dirty, there was a baby scale hanging off a dresser in the waiting room, and a sign posted saying "no pictures." There was more than one overflowing trash, some with bloody cotton balls. The administrative team was no help at all. They charged us a $300 deposit for a routine checkup even though the visit was covered by the insurance. Lastly, the youngest contracted hand, foot, and mouth while at the office.
