I had made my wishes clear at the beginning of the appointment. I wanted 2-3 inches cut off the ends and straight across cut. By the end, the stylist had cut 4-5 inches off my ends. I am deeply upset as I had made my wishes clear and thought my stylist had understood me. I will not be returning to this establishment, they have lost my trust and have ruined my hair which will take months if not years to grow back to where I wanted it to be.
Natalia was excellent and meticulous! Definitely will be back.
I've followed Courtney from other salons and I'm so glad she has her own place now. The service here is second to none and I've never been happier with my color. She's colored my hair from natural brunette to blonde to green to pink and I love every incarnation. 5 stars!!
