I've been away from Eugene for 2 yrs and visited the goat for one of the first times sense then..... I was disappointed when i found my beloved cheesy bagel replace was replaced with spicy cheesey bagel. I decided not to risk it and move on to an old favorite biscuits and gravy.... I was again let down. The gravy was still delicious but the biscuit was hard/ stale or something, I couldn't even properly cut it with a fork. Good coffee isn't worth condescending treatment from the people behind the counter, I'll take my money elsewhere - thanks. If you want someone to clearly see that you do not offer a product anymore, don't put it on a small piece of paper taped to the register and expect them to read that over the wall menu. Then on top of that be a jerk when I just was simply trying to point out why I thought you offered something - that way when the next person comes along you don't have to bother having this same conversation. Simply the best coffee in Eugene. I stop here everytime I am in town for the borgia and a pound of "hair of the goat" to take back with me.
