Great venue, nice prices, but I wasn't too happy about the "vegan" goat headmount. True, no animals died but it was all expanded foam, acrylic yarn, resin horns and lacquer. Real horns and hide are more sustainable than a huge lump of out-gassing, petro-based plastics.
Introduced me to the delicious Cafe Borgia! Great coffee in a safe and inviting atmosphere.
i love how their coffee tastes like coffee and not some foofoo creamer. I loves walking down there in the spring and summer mornings and it's nice they have tables outside. their pastries as well are so delicious and the bread doesn't feel heavy on your stomach. every time I go in in treated with a smile and told good morning. sometimes it can be a little crowded but there is always some pretty cool people in there to talk to. most who are reporting negative haven't been in the establishment. Visiting the area and decided to try it. The biscuits and gravy were NOT good. And my coffee was trash too. I’m all for organic healthy ingredients. But there should be something stating that the biscuits and gravy are made with a mushroom gravy... also they do not have White chocolate. So I ordered a regular chocolate caramel mocha. Tasted like mop water with a splash of foam on top! 🤷🏼♂️
