Wanda helped us sell our house a couple of years ago, and with our recent move back to Madison she helped us find our next place. Our experience with her on both the buying and selling side has been exclusively positive. She's easy to work with and is extremely knowledgeable. Communication was quick and easy every step of the way. I can't recommend her highly enough.
As a first-time homebuyer, working with Wanda was great -- there were a lot of questions I didn't know to ask, and she approached explaining things efficiently and clearly, being patient if I needed more details and moving along if I didn't. I came to Wanda from a recommendation, and while she is great in the buying process, she is also the kind of realtor who is happy to help with house-things after a purchase -- she's got the connections for repair-people and all!
