Dr. Good is one of the best surgeons I've ever encountered
Before doing my surgery I looked at the reviews and still did my gall bladder removal with Dr. Good, something I should’ve never done! She is always late to see her patients and not once was she on time! Then I give front desk LouAnn my fmla paperwork in which filled out incorrectly! Huge mistake on my part for not proof reading all that but you’d think she’d know how to fill it out. Dr Good changed my life. She is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. I had absolutely no problems at all after my surgery and I feel great. She always listens and takes time for me even though I know she is a very busy lady. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about bariatric surgery!!!
Currently found out that her office staff schedules appointments without notifying her patients. This has happened twice so far. She needs to get someone new that actually could do their job correctly.
After our first visit with Dr. Good, she was the only one of TWELVE doctors that immediately found what was wrong with my husband who had been suffering the past five years from a double hernia surgery that went all wrong! Every other doctor insisted his pain was just from scar tissue. No one bothered to do the 'cough test' she did, immediately finding another hernia, or bothered to take an x-ray?? Dr. Good is very nice and personally we get along, but I have had many issues with her office. We had lots of confusion concerning what information I had been given and what they should have given me. Seemed like her office was always rushed and frantically trying get me through the mill. Her office coordinated my insurance and I had my lap band removed, based on what she said was medically necessary. I wanted to make a positive change in my life, and after doing my research and asking around to other doctors for recommendations, I came across Dr. Good. My experience with Dr. Good and her whole team has been nothing but positive. Dr.Good is a wonderful doctor and surgeon.
