The technician was friendly, helpful, and worked neatly, and he answered all of my questions as he cleaned and serviced my vent-free gas fireplace.
The technician was not only on-time, he called me when he was 20 minutes out to assure me he was on the way. He had all of the necessary parts and equipment on his truck and was completely done with the project -- replacing the glass and seals of my gas fireplace -- within 45 minutes. While the old glass was removed, he cleaned the interior of the fireplace and replaced the old embers, neither of which was required by the contract.
