Quick response, clean and thorough servicing of fireplace functioning. Returned for a followup question that arose (no problem found) at no additional charge. Service personnel was competent and personable.

Five stars! Bill arrived exactly on time and serviced both of our fireplaces. Our home is almost 20 years old and we have never experienced such high quality of service. In the past, we have had technicians from bigger companies, and never received this level of service.
