After having a major blow out that caused in excess of 4k in damage and 5 weeks of frustration the service department got me back on the road good as new . Michelle was great to deal with always cheerful and patient especially since my work schedule only gets me home every other weekend. Thanks for all your help Michelle and for getting my truck back to me.

Chris and the female co-worker who was working with him on Tuesday July 15 were extremely helpful. We dealt with Chris on the phone and he was so kind, helpful and positive. Moreover, the female co-worker was extremely helpful. We were so flustered from our situation that we don't remember her name but she was a blessing to our family. She was compassionate and very encouraging. I hope she gets the benefits of this review. I'm so bummed that I don't remember her name. She deserves many praises.

Regular vehicle service and warranty work scheduled and completed with no issues. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisors and technicians. Update 06/16/25: They have moved into a new facility, and it's really nice. The customer waiting area is open, roomy, and comfortable. They have water, ice, coffee, and soft drinks. Also, service technician RJ has worked on my vehicle several times and treats it like it's his own vehicle. Every service he has performed has been flawless.
