I have been using Walt since he was a neighbor of mine 13 years ago. Trustworthy, efficient and courteous. Explained everything so I could understand it. Walt is worth every penny. Good experience. I really like the e-mail reminders for when service is needed.
Fair prices for the excellant service, Good people. Before I started using Walt's I would sometimes have to go back several times for the same repair of the same problem.

I would give this business negative stars (won't let me) as I am not happy with my experience at Walt's today. Yes I agree that they are friendly...to a point, and they were prompt in calling me with an estimate. HOWEVER, I felt the estimate was too high so I went to pick my car up. I was not notified at ANY point that there would be a charge for looking at my brakes! Walt’s auto was so helpful! I was given and honest estimate and there was no pressure to go beyond what I was comfortable doing. I was also given objective information so that I could make an informed decision. I was kept on what was happening and received overall great service. Thank you Walt!

I went to Walt’s for the first time a few days before the Thanksgiving Break. I was heading to Saint Louis for the weekend and wanted them to look at my check engine light. They could not have taken better care of me and my car. They gave me a ride back to work, and worked on my car for the next 2 days and it was ready the day before I left town! The mechanics were very nice and the best part, Walt the owner, is always singing while he works, it’s pretty funny. I would certainly recommend Walt’s!
This is my 2nd car I have brought to Walts. They do a great job checking everything out and letting me choose what I can get done now and what can wait. I switched shops because of the way they check everything out and they do not overcharge you for crap you don't need!
