I'm looking for a nice apartment for my daughter and I. and I come across this and yall are charging 800 and some for a one bedroom and then 965 for a two bedroom. who the hell can afford that? let alone all the fees you attach with it.. im a single mom with a minimum paying job, i can't afford this.. no wonder your posting add for add on Craigslist and everywhere else your not going to get people like myself to be able to rent from you from charging so much.. smh the sad part is that I used to live in this complex when it w... read more

Our entire experience here has been awful. We were originally shown 2 townhouses. We then went home to apply for the townhouse that we liked and could not remember the house number, so I emailed the office and they instructed me on to which townhouse was the one I was looking for. When I went to the office to pick up the keys I quickly realized that we were given a townhouse That we had never seen before, not even in the same building as the other two we were shown. i was there for 8 years never had trouble only reason I moved was because i needed a 2 bedroom and none was avalible at the time.the neighbors and staff and maintenance all are nice and helpful people.any time I had a problem it was fixed in a timley mannor.I would highly recommend Walton Heights ic you are looking for an apartment
Go ahead and be baffled by the B.S. They are so over priced that you should not waste your time even looking into it. Don't bother cleaning either, they price gouge in the end any way. It's sad, but true, when you run a business like this the only proper term is slum lord. I would encourage someone looking to rent to do a thorough sifting through Craigslist and Pennswoods before you get trapped by this group. Best of luck in your rental search. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you like paying triple what the rent should be, not having a Parking space , or having to wake up and move your car @9 am if it snows. Also being screwed out of your security deposit. Definitely not worth it !
