So the issue with us isn’t the quality of the work… they seem to know what they’re doing. The problem is 1) getting them to actually show up, and 2) there is a 100% chance that they will be late if they bother to come at all. It’s beyond frustrating when my family’s time is totally disregarded, and they can’t even be bothered to call. VERY unprofessional.
Walters used to be the main guys to call in town. Sadly, not anymore. When you call to hire them, you will be instructed to send photos of your problem to a cell phone, and that someone will reach back out to you afterwards. On 2 separate occasions for 2 different homes we have sent photos to this cell phone and never heard anything again. We won't be wasting time to see if the 3rd time is a charm with this company.
Very professional yet family oriented. Will definitely use them again. Shout out to Jacob Rooney. Great job.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this business. I had a quote within minutes, and they came to install a new water heater within hours of my inquiry. They were very knowledgeable and kind. They did a great job converting to gas. They even fixed something extra at no charge. So thankful for their timeliness and budget friendly work!
