This Mercedes service center is a scam and I already reported them to the BAR of California. They upsell everything and make it seem like your car NEEDS services or it’s undrivable. They charged me $715 for spark plugs that should’ve cost $300 and I ended up not needing them as my old spark plugs were fine. Additionally they wanted to charge me $1800 for new tires that I didn’t need (also the same tires were $800 cheaper at Costco), they said my tires were dangerous, I had two other mechanics look at the tires who said I had... read more
Very pleased with my transaction at Walter's shepherded by Dan G********. It's unfortunate that the Metris model is so hard to get that there is $5K dealer markup over MSRP, but I was able to work with Dan to whittle that down a bit. Dan is a friendly personable guy and a straight shooter. And even though he didn't need to, he drove the Metris an hour out to Palm Springs to deliver. Two thumbs up for Dan!
On 6/21/22 I had my vehicle towed to them while driving to Arizona. I have had problems in the past that Arizona fixed with the vehicle overheating and pouring out and it was covered by my warranty. This time before the tow truck arrived I took photos of the car engine and exterior. It shows in my photos that the oil cap was securely on and that the two air intake filters, one was ripped. I have been taking my G Wagon to Mercedes Benz of Riverside for over a year. JR ********* is our Service Manager. JR has always gone above and beyond to help assist me. I have had random minor things happen like my windshield replacement, the rod in the door broke and needed replaced. No matter my situation JR and his team has been there for me. Took my car in for a leak. Part has to come in from Germany therefore I got a loaner car on Wednesday. That night I noticed that there was a low air in tire. Put air in it. 2 days later, again low tire air. Called dealership on Saturday morning to let them know that there was possibly a tire leak.
