Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

My child absolutely loves David Walters, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
