They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? No, they ridiculed me for not wanting certain vaccinations Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Yes, they interacted with both of us Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? No, they never postpone my appointment

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
