Lizz and her team of contacts helped me get my home into excellent showing and selling shape, resulting in very positive feedback from each prospect that viewed the home. Lizz provided honest, thoughtful advice regarding selling a home in the midst of difficult economic times. She never tried to push her opinions, but gave direct answers when asked to share her experience and knowledge. Lizz helped me relocate from the East Coast to the Denver Area. She spent more than a month communicating with me via phone and email prior to the week that my family flew to Denver to look at houses. Because of her "up front" efforts, she guided me, my wife and kids on a tour of 21 homes in three days. We moved our family from Virginia to Colorado and had 1 week to find a home. Lizz was very positive, organized, energetic and patient with us throughout our search.
