I moved into a property managed by walters and company in March from out of state and was unable to do a walkthrough when given the keys, upon arrival the home was filthy with shoe prints on the walls dirt on the floor hair sticking out of vents and drains as well as the washing machine was covered in mold. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Willie and Lizz made the sale very easy. They have us great advice on how to present the house and they took care of staging the house. It sold in a week and the negotiations went smoothly. I would highly recommend Walter's & Co.

Walters and Company was the listing agent for a rental property I was interested in. I was representing myself as the renter (no agent). Timeline of my interaction with Walters & Company: Friday: Schedule tour for Monday at 4pm. I request paid time off with my employer to tour the property. Very helpful team!! We moved from out of town and needed to make the most of the couple of house hunting trips we could make. 2 days and 25 houses later we found it and were under contract, below list price by the time we got home.
