I called to get an appointment to be told I have to have a referral (even though I have a PPO plan). Once I confirmed they received the referral, I was then told that the Dr has to review the referral himself before they can set an appointment and was advised it would be about a week. It's been two weeks now and I was just advised that he is still reviewing referrals from September 2024. Why not just post you're not accepting new patients. Or at least get them an appointment set so that in 6 months when he gets to the referr... read more
This is one of the worse doctors in Las Vegas. I had an emergency eye surgery and had to cancel my appointment they rescheduled me for another 3 months out even though I told them I was running out of medication. I called them bsck a couple of times to remind them and they assured me they would tell the doctor and get back with me it’s been over 3 weeks and I am out of medications and still have not heard anything from them. These doctors do not care about their patients; especially if you are a Black 65 year old female.
Really miss Dr Chattham and his skill, expertise, kind and uber knowledgeable approach. Looking for new rheumatologist. He is/was the best!
