If I could give ZERO stars I’d absolutely would. The lack of communication from the property manager and the property, as a whole, is beyond me. I’ve been waiting for a month to get my kitchen sink/garbage disposal repaired. The “new” maintenance team has come twice and have unsuccessfully not fixed the issue. However, today maintenance came in to install “sensors” for our heating and air unit but the property manager didn’t properly notify residents that this would be happening today. I had resided in the neighborhood outside of Water Reed when it was a Military hospital moving on the NIH campus, Very different
I know someone that lives here so I’ve been trying to tour the apartment as a potential tenant, however, I still haven’t gotten a response. I have called, emailed, and texted. Nothing. It’s disheartening but this has shown me how I’d be treated if I were to move here. Pass.
