Walter Pine is my favorite place for local delivery of flowers in Philadelphia -- in the city and outside. I've ordered from them for years and never been disappointed. It's super easy to order a beautiful arrangement online and I appreciate their range of options at different price points, and their customer service is great when I have an out-of-the-ordinary request. The arrangements Walter Pine creates are so artistically beautiful. I ordered these florals to celebrate a friend's one month to wedding countdown. The ordering process was seamless and I love how the arrangement turned out.
Beautiful store, but I would steer clear if you are someone who likes to shop at ethical stores - they post about hiring multiple positions but refuse to disclose pay. I can only assume that they want to underpay their workers. This is a shame, as it's a lovely spot in the neighborhood.
Incredibly disappointed with the arrangement that was sent to a dear friend on a momentous occasion. The arrangement was messy and haphazard and not at all reflective of what is pictured on the website. After emailing Shelby in hopes of rectifying the situation, she just made several excuses. I will never ever be purchasing from this shop again. As a florist myself, I understand the importance of putting your best work out there in hopes of having repeat and happy customers. They missed the mark.
Working with Chloe at Walter Pine for my wedding in September was a dream! She was so kind, creative, accommodating and patient. She understood my vibe and vision immediately, and I was 100% confident that I'd love her creations!
