I don't know how pissed I should be. I am desperately searching for a new location, my husband left me!! I saw a property advertised on IG. I inquired, set up an appointment to tour. Paid $75 for application (I hadn't even saw the property yet!!), I was told I was approved. Paid $100 to guarantee the rental, I was told it was refundable if I didn't like it. *Walter wood is the Property Manager for my building* My fridge broke and I lost $100 in groceries on November 18, 2025. Communications with Jon and Colin has been less the ideal. After my emails went unanswered, I had to call to learn they couldn’t get someone out until Nov 20th. Technician said that a part is needed it’ll arrive latest Nov 28th and only comes to west Philly on Thursdays. Estimated date of installation of the part is Dec 4th. This has been one of my best renting experiences in Philly, and I have rented from a lot of places. The office is small and local, might be family owned idk. But they are extremely responsive. Any issue I have had, they have responded quickly via email and sent someone to take care of it quickly. They always answer the phones, or respond to emails within 24 hours.
