This has been one of my best renting experiences in Philly, and I have rented from a lot of places. The office is small and local, might be family owned idk. But they are extremely responsive. Any issue I have had, they have responded quickly via email and sent someone to take care of it quickly. They always answer the phones, or respond to emails within 24 hours. I have been living at a Walter Wood property for 2 years now and I must say that this is one of the best managed apartment buildings in Philadelphia. They are always extremely responsive to maintenance requests (typically addressing the issue the day of or with a day or two). Rent is also reasonably priced in comparison to similar apartments in the area. I cannot recommending renting with them enough. Jon Urbany has been wonderful to work with.
Stacey was the best! I was pretty particular with my search and starting to think that the place I wanted didn’t exist, but Stacey stuck with me and found me my dream apartment. Couldn’t be happier!
Jonathan urbany was very uncooperative with setting a showing and had to fish for an appointment in a week … I was 10-15 mins late because my partner had a last min emergency in his company and while I was driving I was updating him I was almost at the property. Once I was there he wasn’t responsive to messages or even there, mind you I left my job early so he didn’t get a no show …. Full of himself
