My experience with the staff at the burn clinic has been quite poor. I have had three visits, and each time all of the staff are disinterested, rude, lazy, and late. Both of my first two visits, I was brought back one hour after my appointment time. For my last visit, I showed Up at 8:30 AM, my appointment time, and the staff wasn’t even there yet, and the lights were still off. If it weren't for the nurses and techs, I would give it a single star. I wish I could post a picture of the maime job done by the doctors in this unit. The nurses and the technicians are incredible, so I'm assuming they stole all of the common sense from the people responsible for actually running this joint

Not so careful about patients pain. Not enough Nurses. Laugh and Goof offf too much. It was pure torture for me.. of course they are good with Children, not so much for adults .

My 5 yr old daughter suffered from second and third degree burns on her hands. The staff was incredible with her. So kind, patient and thorough. Took care of her right away and everyone was kid friendly.
