Not so careful about patients pain. Not enough Nurses. Laugh and Goof offf too much. It was pure torture for me.. of course they are good with Children, not so much for adults .
My 5 yr old daughter suffered from second and third degree burns on her hands. The staff was incredible with her. So kind, patient and thorough. Took care of her right away and everyone was kid friendly.

The staff at Grady burn center was so professional and helpful with my daughters injuries! They got us in swiftly and were extremely attentive, comforting and reassuring with her treatments. Very much appreciated.
