I thought my power steering pump had gone bad as it was leaking. Turns out the reservoir cap was faulty. They could have easily sold me a water pump replacement. I am so grateful for their honesty and good work!
I bought bf Goodrich all terrain 35X12.5R17 here today and their service and mechanics are outstanding! I brought in a tie rod end to be installed so they could align it properly and come to find out the part was out of spec and wouldn't work(cheap autozone parts. Which I'll never buy from again) so mr luti himself went to koi bought a USA made moog part and had the mechanic Mike Hughes stay over to get my truck done today so I wouldn't be without a vehicle.
