They don’t answer phone calls. You have to call a million times for them to answer
Idk why this place is even still offering service. The worse pediatric office you could go to. When I call they take forever to answer or sometimes they don't at all. I’ve notice they don’t like to schedule patients for sick visits mostly physicals. The pediatricians do not know what they are doing. It seems that they do not care. I am changing to a better office.
Had very bad service with my 6 weeks old baby, I don't recommend people who can have way better pediatricians, Dr never listen and explain baby's health issues. Now we are so happy with other pediatrician.
Pésimo servicio, ya no quieren recibir a los pacientes cuándo ellos necesitan el servicio por cuestiones de salud, solo te atienden si es para chequeos físicos y vacunas, entiendo que es por cuestión de higiene pero creo que esto ya no es cuestión de salud, ellos ya no quieren atender a nuestros hijos por situaciones médicas, ellos ya no quieren hacer su trabajo como doctores ya ahora la nueva modalidad los hace por obrar hacer menos y ganar más, que tristeza y que falta de ética, aún con prueba de covid negativa no te los a... read more
