Thanks Walser Dealing with the staff at Walser Niassan has been an absolute pleasure. I purchased my first new car with them and plan to buy my next there, as well. A friendlier sales team would be hard to find.

Great Experience Usually i don't like the "no haggle" dealers, but their no pressure sales and awesome staff, coupled with the low price, sold me! Amanda was able to answer all my questions, and made buying a car fun! i will definitely go back to this dealer in the future.

Buy from Walser Nissan if you like being lied to I was lied to by both the salesman and the guy that handled the financing at Walser Nissan. During the process of buying the car, I asked multiple times if I could change the location of my "free oil changes for life" over to a different Walser dealer. This is because Burnsville is about an hour out of my way and theres one near my work that could shuttle me back and forth. Both guys said yes and it wouldn't be a problem. Great dealer to work with! Walser Nissan at Burnsville is a GREAT Dealer to work with! We bought 2 cars for last couple month from them and both times was impressed by experience. These people are top flight. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and enjoyed they work. From the time we stepped onto the lot, everyone there treated us in extremely friendly relaxed manner. Great experience I hate buying cars...It is worse than going to the dentist for me, and that is bad. For the first time in over 35 years I enjoyed the process. I have to credit Amanda Black who made the process not only bearable but actually fun. She new her stuff, and was very honest, and I feel I got a fair price and good value.

Walser Nissan-Burnsville is Top Notch Dan Lacroix at Walser Nissan-Burnsville was very welcoming and easy to work with. He set the expecations up front as to what was going to be done to my vehicle. He left me feeling confident that the services I went in for were going do be executed to a high quality standard. I had zero questions and was relaxed the entire time. Mixed service. OK price. False advertising. My sales rep was nice enough, but aside from showing me how to work the top, I taught him more about the car than the reverse. He mistakenly told me the stereo plays MP3s; it doesn't. They had to replace the brake rotors due to corrosion on a new car, which they did before I bought it. (+) The price was good because of a dealer rebate and a supplier-plan special deal. Their finance girl was definitely not any help to overall customer experience. Love Walser Nissan My experience with Walser Nissan was great! Mike Rosett patiently helped me through the process of leasing my car. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions so that I could understand (cars aren't exactly my thing). He took into consideration my needs without trying to sell me something unnecessary. Now I'm driving a vehicle that suits me perfectly, and a year later I'm still in love with my car!
