FIRST CLASS!! This dealership is unlike any other I have dealt with in the past. They are friendly, organized, personable and honest. They treated me like a person, they took care of me and got me everything I asked for in a car, they were honest on my trade in, they were up front with me and went out ended up financing my sale cheaper than any bank I have dealt with. This dealership was loyal to me and I am now loyal to them, I will return for future auto needs to purchase and service.
Great Experience Usually i don't like the "no haggle" dealers, but their no pressure sales and awesome staff, coupled with the low price, sold me! Amanda was able to answer all my questions, and made buying a car fun! i will definitely go back to this dealer in the future.

Walser Nissan We were looking at a possible trade-in on our 2004 Ford Focus and stopped at the Walser Nissan Dealership to look at the Rouge. Great experience I hate buying cars...It is worse than going to the dentist for me, and that is bad. For the first time in over 35 years I enjoyed the process. I have to credit Amanda Black who made the process not only bearable but actually fun. She new her stuff, and was very honest, and I feel I got a fair price and good value.

Mixed service. OK price. False advertising. My sales rep was nice enough, but aside from showing me how to work the top, I taught him more about the car than the reverse. He mistakenly told me the stereo plays MP3s; it doesn't. They had to replace the brake rotors due to corrosion on a new car, which they did before I bought it.
