Extremely unprofessional and rude leasing company. The neighborhood is also unsafe and nasty. There are constant drug deals happening, people smoking marijuana everywhere, street racing, cops all the time, and people breaking noise ordinances. In the 6 months we lived there, there was a shooting, a street fight, constant races, dogs off leash. If you try to contact the lease company they don’t reply. Well i was told that we had the apartment signed a lot of papers toured the property and everything just to be told by corporate that we couldn’t move in because of a past apartment. I even showed the lease that i didn’t owe a deposit and they still wouldn’t accept that. It’s a little ridiculous if you ask me.
