I toured the place and really liked the unit i was shown and the manager davida, however it took over 3 weeks to hear back about my application status because it took days up to a week at a time just to get a reply each individual time and I had to be the one to reach out everytime on an update. There is absolutely no air conditioning in this building . It’s sweltering hot in here and I’ve spoken to people that live here and they told me it’s always like this every summer . The laundry room doesn’t have air nor does the hallways and it’s 100 degrees outside . What if someone has a heat stroke trying to make it to their apartment . Real properties do better this is not ok !!!

Davida is great, lived here for 20 something years and she is good since she came in as assistant manager

I took a tour of walnut Terrace, I seen a one bedroom and a studio. I literally loved both units. I toured with Ms. Davida. She was awesome. She was very thorough. She answered every question that I had. I do hope once I apply I get approved I actually really like the neighborhood.

I been a resident since 2022 and Davida has been the best management we had this far. When residents needs her help she is always willing to help and get things done.
