I've never experienced a better property manager than this. She goes above and beyond to care for and help the tenants. The maintenance is done fast, and they do the work right. (its an old building, but they will fix anything that is broken) Area is a bit rough, a couple times i heard a karaoke bus late at night, but the property cant do anything about its location. If your looking for a place to stay in midtown philly, this is it.
Tracy Mitchell is far and away the best property manager I've ever had. I have lived in the building for 10 years and average 3 maintenance requests a year (2 of them to put in and take out my air conditioner). Tracy and her staff are always incredibly responsive. Any issues I've had are fixed the day of the request or with clear communication about what is need to remedy the issue.
