I had a mostly pleasant experience here until the summer time which is when pests started emerging. Management wasn’t helpful. My 1 star rating is due to Tracey specifically. She failed to notify me on move out day the freight elevator was not working. (I lived right across from the elevator) this meant I had to use the small elevators that were significantly further away to move all my belongings. I’ve been in the Walnut building for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to extend my lease. The building management is incredible and very helpful with anything you need. Having an on floor trash room and laundry unit is great. It always stays clean. Despite not seeing them a lot everyone on my floor is very nice. You hear mixed things living in the heart of the city, but our building is pretty quiet. Even when I have my windows open. Lived here a year for school. Management is great, great apartments, perfect maintenance. Building is great, but just remember you’re in the heart of center city. It can get a bit loud especially on weekends.
We have lived in Walnut Square apartment for three years. This location is good, convenient for commute with Patco and buses. Many stores are in walking distance. People living here are nice. Staffs working here are very friendly and effective. They always fix our problems as soon as possible. I love this apartment!
Jenna set up a tour with me for a Saturday morning, provided me with plenty of contact information to reach her, and then never showed up. I not only showed up 15 minutes early, but I called and texted to give ample opportunity for an explanation or apology. Over a month later and I have yet to hear anything back. Don't waste your time like I did.
