Lived here a year for school. Management is great, great apartments, perfect maintenance. Building is great, but just remember you’re in the heart of center city. It can get a bit loud especially on weekends.
We have lived in Walnut Square apartment for three years. This location is good, convenient for commute with Patco and buses. Many stores are in walking distance. People living here are nice. Staffs working here are very friendly and effective. They always fix our problems as soon as possible. I love this apartment!
Jenna set up a tour with me for a Saturday morning, provided me with plenty of contact information to reach her, and then never showed up. I not only showed up 15 minutes early, but I called and texted to give ample opportunity for an explanation or apology. Over a month later and I have yet to hear anything back. Don't waste your time like I did.

Special thanks to Tracy, the building manager at 201 S. 13th. I spent almost 3 years in this building and despite the flaws the building itself presented, management has always been efficient and requests were done in a timely manner. Tracy holds down the fort at this building and we are extremely grateful for her guidance during our time here !
