I like the environment
Garbage outside of garbage bin, people living there just throw it outside of empty bin. I was visiting and thought not going to live there. Personal are very kind.
The office lady Joyce is extremely rude, Carpets in common areas are moldy, blood stains in carpets, cops make semi frequent appearances, windows have gaps and are drafty, parking is very limited. But hey it's cheap, appliances are functional, and the maintenance guys are great
Where to start , lived on bottom floor and it constantly flooded. Do better
