Lived here for two years, May 2023-April 2025 and it was my wife's and my first non-college housing. Their staff are dreadful at communication (especially June, who I believe it the one who works the office). We sent in the forms when we got a new cat and it took them 6 months to actually look at it and process it (we know this because that is when we finally started getting charged pet rent). It's an okay apartment complex, no garage, and the buildings are older
From my experience, this place really deserves 1 or 2 stars, but I'm giving 3. HERE'S WHY They seem to be remodeling alot of the units, from what I've seen they are doing a good job. There are brand new roofs just installed this year, like they are definitely trying now, and deserve some credit. I also had an accident and damaged an appliance, which they charged me a fee for when I left, I think it was completely reasonable and I'm happy with the amount they charged me considering the damage.
