Marisha was wonderfulllll. She gave us our tour and showed us so many beautiful apartments. She was so informative and had answers to all of our questions

Beware this apartment complex has rodent and roach problems. Roaches are everywhere in the basement, bike room, and basement laundry room. I also saw a mouse in my unit once. In the summer the apartment units get really hot. You can choose to use in-unit air conditioner but it could get costly. In the winter the radiator makes unbearable loud sound that prevents a light sleeper from falling asleep and wakes a heavy sleeper from deep sleep. I came to these apartments to settle after losing my mother abruptly. The staff were not only knowledgeable and kind but clearly hard workers. I allowed someone in my life and home and after weeks of being called, “faggot”. I was at my breaking point. I only had a studio and he was only supposed to stay for a few weeks.
