Beware this apartment complex has rodent and roach problems. Roaches are everywhere in the basement, bike room, and basement laundry room. I also saw a mouse in my unit once. In the summer the apartment units get really hot. You can choose to use in-unit air conditioner but it could get costly. In the winter the radiator makes unbearable loud sound that prevents a light sleeper from falling asleep and wakes a heavy sleeper from deep sleep. I came to these apartments to settle after losing my mother abruptly. The staff were not only knowledgeable and kind but clearly hard workers. I allowed someone in my life and home and after weeks of being called, “faggot”. I was at my breaking point. I only had a studio and he was only supposed to stay for a few weeks. Beware of roaches. Overall a good place - staff are generally responsive, kind, and timely, you get good rates for where you live, and the location is extremely convenient, particularly if you're a student. But the roach situation here is bad. My second day in the apartment, I found a roach in my bath towel. Boraxed the unit. I've since seen only one roach in my apartment (which I got rid of quickly), but I have found many more in the trash rooms and in the communal laundry room.
