Rude, and horrible service.You can hear everyone walls are so thin. Feels like a jail because of rules here no lights on patio can’t bbq or you’ll get a fine. They don’t do anything here for the residents and if they do they have RBF while being around the residents. Not even getting to know anyone. Poop on the lawn... just don’t the only thing that’s good is the location BUT THATS IT!!!! Save your money!
Only realize theirs shit on the ground when I don't pick it up. It'd be great if whoever her name is can probably go to every apartment that has a dog and remind them to pick up their dogs poo because it seems like she's missed everyone else but me. Maybe start measuring the size of it and tracking down the breed and the possible owner while she's at it. Might actually prevent shit from decomposing in the ground.
great apts but we have been waiting for over a month to get two flickering light bulbs changed in the kitchen. and, im tired of stepping in pet “s...” that is not being picked up by pet owners!
Does not feel secure at all. Anyone can just drive in, walk around. That's not safe. I've seen people just drive in, get off the car and go in the pool. That don't even live there. The dogs that are there bark all the time. It's so noisy. It used to be quiet. Now it's turning into the projects and just anyone off the streets can do what they want. Things need to seriously change.
We Truly Love our apartment community!! Tracie and Lindsey are Super caring! And we all have to say Thank you to our Lead Maintenance Juan!! He's Always on top of things!! Great place to live!! Very convenient location as well!!
Lindsay is so attentive, kind and caring. She is also great to my boys when I send them into the office. We are very pleased with the office and maintenance staff. I am still getting used to the neighbors; they have a lot of traffic and they are very noisy. We can hear almost everything, but we just ignore as much as possible.
Wonderful staff. Apartments look fantastic inside and out. It feels like you're not in Seguin. I would highly recommend.
